Discover the easiest way to make tender, flavorful beef with this Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites recipe. Perfectly seasoned and paired with buttery potatoes, it’s a one-pot comfort meal you’ll love!

  • Total Time: 6 hours, 10 minutes

Ingredients

Scale

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons butter, cut into pads

Instructions

Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients

Place the Beef Stew Meat on one side of the Slow Cooker and the Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes on the other.

Step 2: Season Generously

Sprinkle the Beef and Potatoes with Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, and Seasoned Salt.

Carefully toss the Beef to ensure it’s evenly coated with the Seasonings, keeping it separate from the Potatoes.

Step 3: Add Aromatics

Distribute the Chopped Garlic evenly over the Beef and Potatoes.

Place the Butter Pads on top for an indulgent, rich flavor.

Step 4: Slow Cook to Perfection

Cover the Slow Cooker and cook on Low for 6 hours, or until the Beef is tender and flavorful.

Stir gently before serving to coat everything in the Buttery Sauce at the bottom of the Slow Cooker.

Step 5: Serve and Savor

Spoon the Sauce over the Beef and Potatoes for a final touch. Serve hot and enjoy!
