Ingredients

Scale

300g (2 cups) flour

1 egg

45g (1/4 cup) sugar

pinch of salt

7g dry yeast

140ml (3/5 cup) warm milk

40g (1/4 cup) softened butter

For decoration:

Whipped cream

Strawberries, chopped

Powdered sugar

Instructions

Dissolve sugar, yeast, and milk in a medium bowl.

Mix egg. Mix flour, salt, and dough with a spatula. Knead it until it becomes elastic.

Add softened butter and knead until fully absorbed.

Cover the dough ball with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let rise for an hour.

Roll 8 dough balls. Cover and wait 30 minutes.

Roll each ball again after flattening it. Cover and wait 30 minutes.

Fry balls in heated oil on low for 2-3 minutes per side.

After cooling, split in half lengthwise like a burger bun.

Cover one half with whipped cream, diced strawberries, and powdered sugar.
