Ingredients
- Cookies 200g
- 100g melted butter
- 5 eggs
- 700g of cream cheese
- 100g (12 cups) sugar
- 150 g of chocolate melted
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 40 g (a third of a cup) shelled hazelnuts
Instructions
- Mix the crushed cookies and melted butter in a bowl, then spread on a baking sheet and press down.
- Mix the cream cheese, eggs, and sugar together in another bowl.
- Pour over the cookies that were pressed. Baking at 160°C (320°F) for 45 mn.
- Cut them into squares and dip each one in the chocolate mixture.
- For 15 minutes, it was freezing.
